My mom takes her car to this car regularly and this week it was a doozy. Two days before New Year's Day, my mom's car died just outside the Holland Tunnel and AAA towed it the 105 miles to Jone's BP. Matt and his coworkers were nice, professional and quick. They were busy but got everything done in record time by Jan 2. My niece went to preschool with Matt's daughter so my family has known him for years. That said, I think he is very fair about letting our family know when things need to be changed and what could maybe wait a few miles. I also like that he keeps in mind that my mom (72 years young) is on a limited budget, is constantly driving 100 miles up to Jersey City...read full review
