I was dumbfounded the first time. to find out the guy who was doing our taxes, was grossly mistaken. That we did indeed qualify for a substantial amount of a refund the year before. Here we thought he knew what he was doing. We only decided to change due to his wife could not have been ruder when I was extremely ill, and begged her to change our appointment. She refused. We really enjoyed her husband, but then on top of it to find out he didn't do a major refund correctly... and to boot doubled our normal bill which was a moderate amount to double our tax bill was just over the top!
