I can’t believe how different my second interaction with this business was compared to my first one; I guess it was beginners luck. I had just scheduled a hair appointment for this afternoon while driving from Pittsburgh for an appointment on Tuesday morning at 10. After I checked in, I messaged her simply to see if we could meet first thing in the morning before my appointment. She replied; 10AM to which I replied that I would keep my original appointment and would arrive in five minutes. She replied no appointments today…..wow all she had to do is say she was having a bad day and I would have been fine

We had Jean as the bridal makeup artist for our wedding on 5/25/24, and she was fantastic! Sharing the same Cambodian heritage, it felt like she was part of the family from the moment we met. Jean was responsive, professional, and genuine. She traveled to our house early in the morning to do makeup for me, my mother, and my aunt, meeting our family and getting along with everyone very well. She accommodated my preference for simple makeup while ensuring it stood out in photos. Her services are reasonably priced, and she truly cares about her work. We highly recommend Jean for any event if you want to look fabulous! Thank you, Jean, for being part of our special day!

I was well taken care of and happy with my haircut. Jean's is convenient and easy to park. Her salon is clean and spacious. I have been twice .Reasonably priced and I like my hair.?

Jean is FANTASTIC!! A delightful person and wonderful at what she does. I really enjoy going to get my haircut ... so easy and great to talk to Jean. Her experience and talent when cutting and styling my hair is very evident. she is a great conversationalist, and you can really see how she enjoys doing what she goes. Went in for a manicure during the week. Great experience. Clean and professional. Manicurist took her time, very detail oriented, and did a lovely job. Will come back again for sure.
