Abby is the absolute best! Very professional and her massages are very thorough. Everytime I leave her I feel wonderfully relaxed. My experience is always pleasant and professional when I visit. However, I am displeased with and shocked at how the argumentative the manager (Michelle) of the location has been with me over the telephone on more than one occasion. Her communication skills are ineffective while her tone is unpolite and condescending. She's very argumentative. It concerns me that she would speak to a customer that way. I had a great experience with Sharita. I pulled my lower back a week prior and went in for a sports massage. She was professional, clearly explained what the massage would entail, and worked with me to identify pain points to make sure we fully worked out my lower back during the 50-minute session. She was such a great CMT that I signed up for the monthly subscription. I’ll definitely be going back!
