This was my first time using m&m mechanical and I was very pleased. I have a well, and had no water. I figured it was maybe a well pump, pressure switch etc. I called and they sent a very friendly and helpful crew out first thing in the morning. They were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In under an hour they verified the system and pump was working and water was coming in from the well. They were able to narrow it down to a frozen pipe in a spot I didn't even realize the main house water went through. They are my go to company. I’ve used M&M 5 separate occasions at 3 different properties. 2 were plumbing and 3 were heating/a/c service. Very professional and responsive. Techs were great. Bill paying online. Good prices. I highly recommend them

I have called twice now and both times the technicians I had were both quick and professional. I love that a text message is provided 20 minutes prior to arrival even when I called for a same day appointment on 12/31. Today, Blaze and Brandon were pleasant and took the time to clearly explain the issue and it was resolved within an hour. They also provided clear next steps if any further issues occurred. They both did a great job and M & M has earned my future business. Thank you!
