Writing this review specifically around one Nurse (Serena). I had called in Friday after just starting up two new medications Wednesday. I had questions regarding side effects. I was immediately greeted with pettiness and a tone in which implied my call was quite stupid. I was quickly dismissed, unheard, and (as i’m writing this Monday) given completely false information. Not only were my concerns not heard in the slightest, it’s clear my chart was not read, and I was told to take an excessive amount of medication after trying to explain time and time again why I did not think that was accurate. My partner has found their first primary care doctor through this location and we have always been happy with our experiences. They offer training to medical students, even asking patients permission for them to be a part of the medical evaluations, which was awesome! I've always been able to get through on the phone for questions/concerns. The staff has always been kind. Dr. Grace was great to to work with. The portal is convenient. We really have no complaints :)
I'm very happy with this location. The staff are all very friendly and always remember exactly who I am when I walk in those doors. They ask me about my kids, remember their names - just always great. Dr. P is wonderful and very special shout out to Kayla, who really went above and beyond in helping me get scheduled for my flu shot. Thank you!!
