Phil Hay & Sons Exacavating Inc knocked it out of the park with our pond rebuild/reconstruction at our event venue property in Evans City. Update to my existing review. Pond is still golden and gorgeous. Very happy with it thus far. Also had these guys help with landscaping around my pool etc.
