Mr. Ozzie, as far as I’m concerned, is the best technician you have. He is very friendly and thorough in his work. If any of my neighbors are ever in need of a pest exterminator, my recommendation would be to call Western Pest Service and ask for Mr. Ozzie Kuok. I give him 10 stars.

I highly recommend Western Pest Services! I had a serious bee problem that was becoming more than just a nuisance—it was a safety issue. From the very first call, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Within a short time, the bees were completely gone, and there’s been no sign of them since. The gentleman was courteous, tidy, and made sure I was informed throughout the entire process.
If you're dealing with any kind of pest issue—especially something tricky like bees—don’t waste your time with anyone else. Western Pest Services is excellent, efficient, trustworthy, and truly the best in the business!
