I called Goodman Plumbing on a Sunday hours before major snow storm about a faulty hot water heater. Within 30 minutes, Nick from Goodman called back. We talked over options and settled on a small upgrade to my existing water heater. He arrived within an hour, came prepared with the replacement hot water heater, and swapped it out no issues. Couldn't have asked for better service.
