I highly recommend Patterson and Stirling Heating and Air Conditioning. Their team is always professional and they come out in a very timely manner whenever service is needed. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in doing quality work.
A special shout out to Carter, the service technician, who truly goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain everything, makes sure the job is done right, and treats customers with respect and patience. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer service these days.

Wonderful service! Very speedy time frame on taking care of everything. Answered all questions and concerns very courteous and kind. Would recommend them for anything that has to do with heating and cooling.

I texted Alex shortly after 6 p.m. on a Saturday to ask him if it was normal for the temperature on my thermostat to be 3 degrees lower than the temperature I set and then go down a couple more. He said that shouldn't do that I should have that looked at. He sent one of his employees Carter over. Carter came over and was here about an hour and it seemed like it was fixed. However, the heat was not coming through my vent about an hour after he left. I let Alex know and Carter called and asked what happened and I let him know.
