AAC Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC system many years ago, and I recently called them when my furnace started making a strange noise. John came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem as a ceased motor that had to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained the steps to fix it clearly.
Unfortunately, the part took 8 days to arrive, and during that time, my home temperature dropped to a chilly 38 degrees and in the middle of winter, that was not a treat. It was quite uncomfortable. John was extremely communicative and responsive, promptly replying to my texts and keeping me updated on the status of the motor’s arrival.
Sam and his crew at AAC were very professional and installed a brand new Carrier system! They kept the job site very clean and informed me every step of the way. Highly recommended!!
