This was my first time coming to this salon. I was recommended by my mom who is also a kind of new customer. I will say this. I have not cut my hair in years and it was past my butt. Today I finally got the courage to chop it. I had the pleasure of getting this wonderful chop by LeAnn. And oh my God hands down this was the best experience I ever had. When she chopped my hair originally she just didn't go chop it again she made sure I was OK with the length that she was going to chop it to next. I don’t usually write reviews but our experience here was great. The stylist cut my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it and it looks fantastic. My daughter was really excited to try a new style and they made her feel great about it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience there.Service: Haircut

Two days before the Jr Prom the appointment I made at another salon was canceled and I was told the appointment was made with a stylist that does not do updos or prom hair. They had made a scheduling mistake. Mind you I made the appointment 2 weeks prior and was just getting this phone call. Left with two days I reached out to 8 different salons and of course none of them had availability. Ultimate Image promised to call me back if they had any cancellations.
