A few weeks ago the hot water heater in our home went and we had about a foot of water in our basement, of course it happened on a weekend. We pumped all the water out and got the heater fixed but were left with a basement that has little to no air circulation and a damp environment. We called the insurance company first thing Monday morning at 8am, by 9:30am a Rep for this restoration company was on site. He assessed everything and dispatched a crew out to us and they removed all the water damaged items and dried the floor with an army of fans for a few days. My water heater busted and flooded my basement with four inches of water. They came out and handled everything. From the pictures to removing the items. Very nice and professional. Thank you for your quick work!

I recently had a fire to my home, I was devastated to say the least! My insurance company referred me to ServiceMaster, and they helped me so much!
