A few weeks ago the hot water heater in our home went and we had about a foot of water in our basement, of course it happened on a weekend. We pumped all the water out and got the heater fixed but were left with a basement that has little to no air circulation and a damp environment. We called the insurance company first thing Monday morning at 8am, by 9:30am a Rep for this restoration company was on site. He assessed everything and dispatched a crew out to us and they removed all the water damaged items and dried the floor with an army of fans for a few days.
