Although the scheduling was a “within the next 10 days” and a phone call on the morning they came out, we were pleased with the end result. We would hire the same employee next year if we knew it was him. I’m old school - I love great customer service, and I stick with companies that provide it and seek out the employees who do. Since I own a biz, I’d recommend two things: 1) call the day before to confirm and give a heads up and 2) offer a pay service online (because we refuse to give any credit card info over the phone). Aside from that, the house looks pretty good.

The gentleman came out in a timely fashion, he was very nice. I'm very pleased with the job that was done on my home. I have a two story home so I was concerned about the results on the gutters that were being cleaned as well. But everything came out beautifully ? The house looks so refreshed...loving it ?

PPW was a great experience, Mike W was outstanding, going the extra mile to get the best results possible with many years of build up that I’d let accumulate. The aluminum siding cleaned up great and the roof treatment does a great job of rejuvenating and refreshing the look of the house. Thanks Mike!!!
