5 stars are not enough...Joe and his staff really know their stuff! I've been training with Joe for over a year now. He has helped me learn to train safely to prevent injury, gain strength, improve mobility, and stay flexible. My main goal is to be able to play with my grandkids (which I now can do!) and stay fit into my later years. I'm confident in the team at Passion for Fitness and would recommend them to anyone!
My life and body have changed because of Passion For Fitness. I have never had a consistent workout regimen. I started running and had gotten hurt and could not find any motivation to exercise. I met with Joe Ransom and knew that I found a home. I look forward to every workout because they are all different. My days of physical therapy are over. Joe and his team have helped me to stretch and strenghten my problem areas as well as push me when necessary. I could not imagine working out anywhere else. The environment is private and I love the relationships I have built with all of the trainers.
