I came to Stand Strong to have a coach guide me and motivate me, and Matt, Lindsay, and Pat did just that. They ALL have helped me gain strength and feel better about my capabilities. Despite having many restrictions they always have a game plan on how to modify and adapt the activities so that I feel successful after a workout. I come home with a smile on my face. Thank you for getting me back to feeling good. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for motivation, support, and fun with a gym team you can call family!

I started back at Stand Strong in August 2025, 5 days per week. Started at the old facility and now moved to the beautiful new studio! Matt, Lindsay, and Pat have been fantastic. We have such a tight group in the 5:30am session. Everyone pushes each other to work as hard as they can.
I feel so good mentally and physically! It is well worth the investment in yourself! You just have to make the decision to make it a priority!
