UPDATE 1/30: I was contacted promptly after writing my initial review by the manager who was very empathetic and listened patiently to everything I had to say, even though it was almost 10pm. He was able to schedule two ladies to come out the very next day. I was able to walk the cleaners through exactly what I wanted/the spots that were missed, and was pleasantly surprised when the other manager stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Excellent customer service by the management team. I am satisfied with the cleaning and impressed with how my initial issue was handled/resolved. 1/29:Hired them come out to deep clean my house before move in - inside of fridge, cabinets... the works. There is cat hair in the fridge from the previous owners, visible debris on the cabinets, toilets, and floors. I had called earlier in the day to ask a question and never received a call back, and now they are closed until tomorrow. We’re moving in tomorrow and now this is one more thing to worry about. So so frustrating. Will post pictures
We're very happy with MaidPro. Ashley always does a wonderful job and is friendly and pleasant to talk to. She recently came for our usual clean while we were on vacation and it was so great to come home to a spotless house! I definitely recommend MaidPro!
