Kind, professional, quick are def the words I would use to describe Lionville Dental. Staff are very nice and pros, and I never spend an overly long time for cleanings. Going to the dentist is not my fave so I’m grateful for their easiness!
I’ve been going here for a bit and have always been “pleased” but today on the phone I talked with Carol and it was just wonderful. She was upbeat, fun and actually made me want to find her and say hi at my next appointment. So hard to find that kind of communication these days. Thanks, Carol.
Dr. Louick and Karen have been great to work with. I’ve had a number of dental issues recently, and they got me in quickly and helped move things forward. Karen has been especially helpful — she’s responsive, follows up promptly, and takes concerns seriously, which I really appreciated after a bad experience at a previous office. They’ve also communicated well with the endodontist to coordinate my treatment plan. Even with an almost 40-minute drive, it’s been worth it for the level of care they provide. I’d definitely recommend this office.
