This place is an absolute joke, for you to get an appointment it completely depends on who you are. We called today to schedule an appointment and Tiffany proceeded to tell us we couldn't get in for days, we called back and another girl answered the phone and told us that there was appointments open for TODAY. Tiffany has a conflict of interest with us being a rescue, and this is EXACTLY why she said what she did. If you want a good vet and someone Not to treat you like trash & actually CARE for the animal I would strongly NOT recommend this vet.

They were professional and kind to people who were not regular clients. We were visiting family in Bedford and our dog fell ill. They even saw him on short notice. Dr Amber was very kind and helpful. A very positive experience. The senior discount was nice too.
