Working with Seneca Foundations was nothing but a treat. Dave was professional throughout the entire process from budgeting, to bidding, to scheduling the work to be completed. Their equipment is top notch and make the process move quickly. Pouring footers and walls in the spring of 2025 was made very difficult due to the record rain and the team worked with us on schedule delays and was ready to go as soon as we were. The crew worked hard through the heat and everything was checked and double checked ahead of the pour to be sure they got things right. Every member of the crew was professional. The guys at Seneca Foundation are second to none. Cutis, Mike, Shawn, and the rest of the crew were incredible to work with. There was never any pressure to change our design to make it easier and had multiple options and suggestions for the couple problems we faced. 10/10 would highly recommend!
