DBC Remodeling & Construction
“As the owner of a wholesale pump supply company, I talk with contractors every day, and the way DBC Remodeling handled a recent plumbing situation really stood out.
They ran into a water system problem on a customer's job and, rather than guessing at it or piecing together a fix, they picked up the phone and asked us for expert advice. We were able to pinpoint the issue quickly and recommended Mark Fugate at McKinley Plumbing, who implemented the repair. The result was exactly what it should have been - the right fix, done right the first time.
That says a lot about a company. It's easy to push through something outside your wheelhouse and hope it holds up. It takes integrity and resourcefulness to stop, bring in the right expertise, and make sure the customer isn't paying to have it redone later. Their customer saved money and headaches because DBC chose to do it right.
I wouldn't hesitate to use DBC Remodeling myself, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who genuinely puts the customer first.”
