“We had a situation where a crew from Erie Fence went through one of our drainage pipes and cemented the post in and it caused some pretty bad flooding problems. The post broke the pipe and cement went into the pipe. As time went on, the issue came to light. As soon as I figured out that was the issue after trying multiple things (digging revealed the issue finally), I knew it was caused by them; so I reached out. The manager Wes said he would make it right and he did. After inspection of the issue, one of the crewman, Matt, came out with other coworkers and moved the post over a little and fixed the drain the next day. Done and resolved quickly. They went above and beyond as well.
