Shout out to Angelina at Buffalo Rd location. She went above and beyond to get me to be able to tan, as my finger won’t scan and I forgot my license. Had my husband send me a picture of the back of my license she tried so hard to get it to scan, had him send 3 different pictures. I was about to give up when she said let me call to see if I can get it authorized for you and it did!! Thank you SO much Angelina for going that extra step for a customer!! I am a new customer and that good of service will keep bringing this customer back ? Keep up the good customer service ?

I visit the Zoom Tan 4047 Buffalo rd, Erie PA. This facility is always clean and friendly. Michele, the manager is very knowledgeable with all the specials and salons themselves. I highly recommend Zoom Tanning! I can not speak of other Zoom location's as I have not visited them.
