Within the whole year that I’ve been going to this specific zoom tan location I’ve only had a few interactions that were not ideal with only one certain staff member that is no longer there, thankfully. Every other time I’ve attended this particular location my experience has been absolutely amazing and has exceeded my expectations. The staff are all highly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

The new manager Marianna has really done a great job so far. The place is a lot cleaner now and you are greeted with a smile everytime you go in. Julianna is a sweetheart also and very professional. Great job!

I visited the Peach St Erie PA location yesterday. There was one employee (Kayla- I think is her name) working and she was killing it!! This was the busiest I’ve seen this location. There were several people waiting for beds when I walked in. Kayla was the only one working. She kept her cool, was very cheerful, positive, and smiling the whole time, greeting every person who kept coming in! She was hustling to clean beds while simultaneously selling products to customers and getting them into beds. She did a fantastic job! And it was quite impressive. Great job Kayla!!! I appreciated your positive attitude and great customer service ?
