Not bad for a local music store. Certain** employees can be a little bit intimidating/pretentious and make you feel somewhat not welcomed. They don’t have a lot of options as far as what’s in the store to pick up (guitar input Jack, screws, certain brands etc). Can be a little bit more expensive then the other store. And they don’t offer military discount.
For those reasons, I tend to go to guitar center for all my music needs ??‍♂️ (cause I don’t need a personal shopper to help me choose items. I just need to run in and run out and grab the items I need quickly)

BUT if you’re a new musician who don’t have a clue on what to get. Come here....read full review

I have a 9 year old that is interested in playing the violin. I called today and received some of the most wonderful customer service ever. The gentleman on the phone was kind and answered all of my questions regarding lessons and about obtaining a violin. My daughter is very excited. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable with my complicated questions. My daughter and I are hoping to sing up for lessons and rent the violin next week. I highly recommend this place if interested in music lessons.
