Kylie Mooris is a great doctor. She spends the needed time to understand your illness. I agree with a previous comments about her move from the Caughy office. The UPMC app is not checked as much in the west erie office. More difficult with communication and refills. However, I highly recommend Dr. Morris.
Have been going there since 2000. Called today to schedule a physical.
I was told that since I haven't been there in the past 3 years, I would be considered a new patient. And that they aren't accepting new patients.?? Sorry I don't get sick!! They could have at least offered to send me in the right direction to find a new pcp.
I have been a patient at this practice since 1999. Dr. Mirone has been my PCP for more than half of my life (almost 25 years), and I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Mirone always takes time to answer questions I have and also enjoys a little banter back and forth between college and professional sports. He truly understand what I need and has gone out of his way to help me as best as he could when I was in between insurance companies. Dr. Mirone not only has been a wonderful physician but also has been someone in whom I can confide, knowing he truly practices and values doctor/patient confidentiality.
