The two ladies at the front desk are nothing but disrespectful and rude towards me every time I come into this office, but yet well be completely nice And happy to talk to anybody else that comes in. i've been dealing with this for over three years. They really need to do something about them. i love my childrens doctor she's great, but I we'll be finding a new one because i'm not gonna keep dealing with this disrespect from the two at check in.
Literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever experienced. Trying to even make an appointment is calling 15 different numbers until someone wants to do their job and answer the phone.
As with many others- Doctor Webster is wonderful and the only reason we stayed as long as we did. However the administrative staff is so unbearable we had to transfer offices. The lack of professionalism and care is beyond inadequate. I've never been to a facility that shows such blatant disregard for their patients then here. Appointments get cancelled without any communication then they treat it as if it is your fault. They schedule patients as early as 730 yet don't turn their phones on till 8 so if you have any issues you can't get ahold of anyone despite the staff being present.
