They are amazing and highly recommended for services like waxing at the Benefit Bar and for finding products like the Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk lip pencil or black gel eyeliner. Ulta is fortunate to have employees like this.
Kaitlyn really helped me out tonight! She knew exactly what I needed and gave me opinions that matched my with my complexion along with various suggestions when I asked for them. She totally made my experience fun! It honestly was like taking to a good friend! I was overwhelmed when I walked in and she made me feel comfortable and helped me to be in and out like I initially was hoping for! Thank you for being an awesome shopping buddy Kaitlin ❤! The absolute sweetest team here!! Stopped in for a happy return, and then went to look for a travel size of one of my OG perfumes. Tragically it has since been discontinued, but Molly helped me figure this out, searched online, looked up my ulta account to triple check, asked other people, and was just an absolute GEM and so helpful.
Not sure if she is management or not, but she should be. Nordstrom level customer service. <3 Sweet girl who did my return was also so friendly and patient! 10/10.

I went to the Ulta beauty store today to find a lash serum. I accidentally tore out half of my lashes, taking Fake eyelashes off And I heard online that finding a good lash serum is difficult because you have to know what ingredients you’re looking for I was feeling overwhelmed but then Eric a store employee saw me looking a little clueless, stepped in and helped me find all of the best lash serums in the building helped compare their prices and even checked online to make sure that those were all my options.
