I just recently sold my mom and dad’s house thanks to Fred Amendola and his team. The house was sold in 4 days and after only one showing. Fred was awesome and with me every step of the way, offering great advice and providing contractors to do needed repairs. I appreciated the emails I received that consisted of each one of the reviews of each of the showings. In fact Fred went above and beyond. He bought and replaced light bulbs for the chandelier. He even took the broken screen out of the storm door and put the glass in himself. Definitely would highly recommend Amendola realty.
