DO NOT GO HERE! I just got my wisdom teeth removed by them and am now in the hospital suffering a massive infection because of their inability to properly extract teeth! This place needs shut down!

At this point if I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had to reschedule my surgery as of today 3 times in the past year and 2 months, they do not answer phones or call back. I paid a lot of money and taken time off of work and so has a family member to take me to these but to no avail have to reschedule again. I paid a lot of money to have this done and not not willing to even discount. This is heartbreaking, if I could go anywhere else in erie county I would but there is nobody that takes the insurance. Super stressful

I have been going to the dentist for about a year and a 1/2. It is a struggle to make an appointment, you have to go in there to make an appointment and it's really hard to get in there. Usually when I go in there, it's a pretty good in and out appointment but I had a toothbreak and I had to wait a month and a 1/2 to get the broken pieces extracted. And I went in for my appointment. I waited a 1/2 an hour to get called back. And then they put me in the chair. They put the bib on they had me sign the paper. And then they put the topical numbing stuff on my gum area and then left and 45 minutes later. My gums were no longer numb. Nobody came back nobody to be seen anywhere....read full review
