Reviews
Wonderful people that truly care about your needs! Every project I have had done with them have been impeccable.
I recommend South One for their superb customer service, excellent craftsmanship and I am a staunch supporter of local businesses. From the moment my husband and I walked into the showroom, our experience began. Karen greeted us and we told her we were looking for Travertine Tile and Hard Wood Flooring. She asked about our tastes, our budget and what we wanted. She showed us several samples and we made our decision. Karen promptly bid the project for us. We accepted and it was the best decision we made regarding upgrading the value and beauty of our slightly dated home.
I found the personalized service and constant communication to be superior. We were informed as to how long it would take for the products to arrive. We were then notified in detail what to expect as the project started. Karen called with the start date for the crews, with whom , we refer to as the dream team. As most of know, there is a critical labor shortage, especially for such a skilled project. The crews arrived on time, were polite, professional, highly skilled and experienced. They left my house spotlessly clean. They were what I call artistic perfectionists. Karen stopped over to assess the project near its completion to ensure we were 100% satisfied. We were more than satisfied. The Travertine and Hard Wood is absolutely beautiful. I have received so many compliments on the work done by South One.The communication and quality of work speaks for itself. It is no wonder they just celebrated 20 years in business. Congratulations and thank you for the very personalized experience.
