They installed my first array of 18 panels in 2017. Installation process went very well. I twice have had Enphase microverter failure but both time they were quickly replaced at no cost. This year I added 7 more panels with battery. The installation process was not as smooth this time due to loss of office manager. The panels have held up well to being covered with 5 feet of snow despite not much pitch to my roof.
The owner, John, personally visited our property and assessed our needs and property set up. The company took care of all the permits, paperwork with our city, and the communication with our utilities to coordinate. They literally did it all!
