If I could give 10 stars I would. Ruiz's features the best barbers in the County of Erie. Been going there for 2 years now. Personally Lorraine is my go to because she is the GOAT at making me look fresh. But I would trust any barber in there with my fade!

Got my hair cut here for the first time today by Cesar and he did an excellent job. Best fade I’ve had in quite a while! FYI though, this is a cash-only place. I saw another review say they accept cards, they do not. They do have an ATM on site though. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again!
