I moved into my house in the winter of 2013-14 and immediately hired a guy to install the furnace. Well, it has been a nightmare ever since. Once the outside temp hits about 20 degrees, the furnace won’t shut off. I have 4 young children and my wife has been miserable over the winters. I have had to use multiple electric radiator-style heaters over my cold air vents to help warm the ambient air. My a/c absolutely struggled in my old brick home. I thought when Larry Rick, owner of RL Rick, came in it was hopefully going to get a little better.Well, Larry Rick and Bruce came in and did a phenomenal job!
