I moved into my house in the winter of 2013-14 and immediately hired a guy to install the furnace. Well, it has been a nightmare ever since. Once the outside temp hits about 20 degrees, the furnace won’t shut off. I have 4 young children and my wife has been miserable over the winters. I have had to use multiple electric radiator-style heaters over my cold air vents to help warm the ambient air. My a/c absolutely struggled in my old brick home. Super Duper Service! Can't say enough about the professional, expert, and speedy service we received. Called Mr. Rick first thing in the morning (on what was promising to be a scorcher of a day) about our air conditioner cutting out. Said he would be passing by my house so would stop in and take a look. He was here within fifteen minutes! Diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part in his truck so it was switched out with the faulty one and the a/c was on within minutes! The bill was very, very reasonable. Will call again and will recommend his spectacular service to anyone who will listen!

Mr. Rick is very professional with good communication skills to explain why my heater stopped working. He worked around my schedule and gave me outstanding service to get my heater up and running. He respected my budget and was more than fair in my charges. Will hire again! VC
