Everyone at Oaks, from Jason, the estimator, to Mark, Colin, and Kasey, the project managers, was wonderful to work with. They were so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable and responded promptly to questions and concerns. They kept us informed every step of the way. Jason and Mark were extraordinary. We were also very impressed by the roofing crew, who worked steadily the entire time they were here, with none of the blaring radios, smoking, and long breaks of the company who’d replaced the roof previously.
