When she left for work this morning, a relative accidentally left without her house key. We called a hardware store we were familiar with and asked for a referral for a reputable locksmith. They recommended Mueller Locksmith Erie, PA. We drove to her home and were pleasantly surprised to have one of technicians call us within 20 minutes of arriving to let us know we were next on his list. Though the lock was a little difficult to undo, within about 10 minutes he opened the door for us and we were able to retrieve the house key to return to the very grateful owner. Thank you for a quick response and excellent work!
The lock release paddle on our front door was not working because it broke inside. I called Mueller's and a very nice woman told me she could send someone over. I got a call from the technician within 5 minutes that he was on the way. He got to our office in 10 minutes or less. He fixed the problem and made sure the lock was working correctly. I was very happy with everything from the initial phone call to the final bill. Everyone I worked with from their company was fantastic!!!! I highly recommend them and they will be the first call I make whenever I have a problem in the future with any of our locks or doors. Thank you!!!
I locked myself out of the house on a Summer Friday evening and the owner graciously came and got me back into the house. He was persistent and stayed until he got it unlocked. It was a very challenging lock. I tried to pay him more than what his charges are but he wouldn’t take it from me. This is an honest, caring businessman. I will use Muellers for all my locksmith and safe needs. Thank you, thank you to this kind man.
