They are known for being a very friendly, family-oriented company that gives the best care for clients, including parents and children. The staff offers flexible hours and bonuses after three months of employment, and they are professional, friendly, and dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals. The employees are treated amazingly, with some going above and beyond to provide excellent care and support. The company's Erie office is particularly fantastic, with friendly and welcoming staff who make everyone feel valued. Moravia Health Erie is always putting the needs of clients and employees first, making it a great place to work or receive care from, with exceptional staff and wonderful services.

Has it pros and cons but I enjoy working here.
It’s great company. There’s people who have bad experiences because they’re not following the rules which includes clocking in and out and actually being there for the client. Some people do not take the job serious because the client is their boss. Some clients don’t understand that and they take advantage. If you do your job and not try to get over, there won’t be any problems
