The salt room was so relaxing and peaceful and I felt so much better after. I purchased a inhaler that was meant to help with headaches and it really has! I can't wait to go back for another session and to buy a salt lamp!

I visited the salt room today for the first time. I suffer daily from anxiety and insomnia. Although I was skeptical of the benefits of salt therapy, I was eager to try it and requested a gift certificate for Christmas. Run don't walk. You have to try it. I felt so peaceful and calm. I was able to meditate more fully than ever before. I was more relaxed than being at home in bed or chilling on the couch. I told my husband I was going home to pack my things to move into the salt room.
