My current hot water tank started leaking, so I was in need of a new tank quickly. I called up Irr Supply and talked with Jamie. He was gracious in answering all my questions and making sure I would buy the right tank for my needs. I drove out to the store, met with Jamie at the service counter. He had the tank I needed already set aside. All I needed to do was give him my form of payment. He helped me load the new tank into my truck and off I went.
