Great Lakes replaced our son's windows this fall. They also replaced our siding this summer. Mark and his team are the best. Exceptional workmanship, high quality materials and a very honest company to do business with. My husband and I highly recommend Great Lakes Construction.

My husband and I recently needed repairs on some windows, that we purchased from, Great Lakes Construction, in 2007. The repairs were due to age and wear and were covered under warranty. Office manager, Tina provided great communication. She replied promptly to our emails, and followed up with some phone calls. She arranged to have the guys come to the house in less than a week.The guys arrived on time, they were professional, courteous, and quickly repaired the windows.Thank you all for your quick, responsive and professional service!

Did a great job redoing my whole exterior back in 2008, but when I reported moisture coming in above my entrance door this past November, it took a month and a half (and perhaps the previous version of this review) to hear from them. Anyway, they did come by to check out my issue, which apparently was not caused by their work. Bumping up to four stars; the only reason for not going to five is the aforementioned response time. Still recommend this company and would use them again.Service: Roof repair
