I rent my home and was panicked to wake up to a broken water heater. My landlord called George Winston and they had a crew out to replace the unit super quickly! Less than 2 hours from my call I had a brand new tank installed. Donovan and his assistant were kind and efficient and I’m so appreciative.
Donavan is Awesome. He was professional and courteous. He did the job and didn’t ride the clock. I would recommend him to everyone. Bob was here last week to fix our hot water tank. I would not recommend him for any job. He wasted more time than he worked. He didn’t respect our property. He drained the hot water tank all over the floor instead of using a hose to the drain that is about a foot away. Even though there are shelves and boxes on the floor close by that got wet. And after worrying about what I was making for dinner, several times, he finally left. He left a mess that took about an hour to clean up.
