This is by far the best salon in Erie, hands down. I went to multiple supposed top rated salons in Erie and all have told me, They can’t change my hair color because of my use of ION hair color from Sally’s. 3 different salons told me that it’s impossible to lighten my hair because of this dye. I have no choice but to grow all my hair out. I went here and left in tears of joy. They transformed my supposed “non dye-able hair”.I had went here when I was a child once as well, after I allowed my friends to experiment on my hair and ended up with spots throughout my hair of black, blonde, red, and whatever color in between. I love the trim I received , really friendly atmosphere, and if concerned about close contact, everyone where's a mask, and spaced apart whole in the chair.I called on a Monday, and got me right in the next day, I waited only 5 minutes for my turn,Very clean, friendly atmosphere, available restroom, offered coffee or a bottle of water , free . Nice touch
I have been a client at Diane McShane's for close to 15 years and have received above par service each and every time I've been at the salon. Each stylist is wonderful and I feel comfortable with any of them.
