I had my first appointment at Council Optometric Center and I can understand why they come so highly recommended. Jen is so cheerful and helpful; she could write a book on customer service. After an extremely efficient and comprehensive appointment with Dr Lenart, I browsed the frames while waiting for my eyes to dilate. When Jerry arrived, I explained generally what I was looking for. He impressed me by first showing me the frames I had thought were my favorite - and then helping me find the specs that really are the best for me. I have never said this about an eye appointment, but this was a pleasure. I felt like I was chatting with old friends.
