    Edit 3 months later: I don't know why this is called "Boscov's Optical" now when it should just be "Boscov's". Anyway, my family and I spent a lot of time and money at Boscov's. I still like it, but I am frustrated. My neighbor's shirt after one wash was ruined, my mom's pants after 3 washes got holes in it, a hoodie we got as a gift was coming undone at the pocket, my sheets had a random circle cut in it, and twice now I have the problem of getting the same style, same size, just different color pants and the pants not going past my thighs while a different color of the pants fit perfectly.     Completely I'll trained employees. Managers can't even help with simple transactions. Not a single employee knows how to do a simple lay away. Certainly won't be back

    My opinion... not enough natural, high quality fabric. The clothing industry has declined and unfortunately Americans thrive on cheap, synthetic fiber which is not only short lasting, but toxic to our bodies and environment. Unethical practices like child labor and exposure to cancer causing chemicals are just a few things we pay the price for for this constant need for more - more of everything. We need more organic, high quality, American-made products, including clothing. You can even smell the plastic-like aroma if you pay attention to your senses
