This is the 2nd time I hired David to clean the debris off my roof and gutters. I have balance issues since a back injury. THat keep me from being on ladders and especially on the roof. Hiring it out to him I know it will get done as if I was doing the job myself. He and Angela are prompt in their responses. He gets in and gets the job done. I do not have to wait for weeks.

I called Bellingham Property Works on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Angela to get an estimate for power washing my roof. David drove to my house in less than half an hour and called me with a quote. While I found the price to be a bit steep compared to what I’d researched, I didn’t call anyone else for another quote because David came recommended to me by a friend and I needed someone I could trust to do the job right the first time. David promised to be on the job in two days. He showed up on time as promised and delivered excellent results and kept me updated all along the way as I was working the day of. David reached out to me and offered to do a free estimate. The price was fair (we needed new gutters, down spouts, and gutter guards). David was very communicative and got all the work done with high quality while being done promptly as well. Would recommend him to anyone!
