Jim came out and explained the best method of resolving the water coming into our basement. Price was competitive and the guarantee pushed my decision over the edge. Tyler arrived promptly on the day reserved for the project. He explained the process and provided updates throughout the day. He was very friendly and professional. The end result was well done and we are very satisfied. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to resolve basement water issues.

I had Ark Basement Services come in doing 2 different projects. 1st was putting a drain in front of my garage door and perforated a bleeder line to my sump Pump. Also I had them put a Bleeder line with a new sump pump system and battery backup battery. And has tremendous results. Thank you Ark for Professionalism and Hard Work!

I had work done by Ark and they worked on my issues. Did an amazing job! Recently I had some questions and spoke with Rick. He discussed some options and we decided it would be a better solution to route the water being pumped from the basement out further from my house. Ended up doing it myself, with some family help! Came out well and got some exercise! Ark has an amazing group of people and I completely recommend them for any basement water issues! Thanks Rick!
