Folks, if your cinderblocks are weeping and phosphates are clumping, its time to dry out your basement. ARK dug out 1442 feet of inside perimeter for French drains, installed a sump pump, drain board, and recemented every inch in 3.5 days. t
They were awesome!! My basement is dry and all of the work was done by Erie residents. i got other estimates and they were higher being bringing in folks a d equipment from out of town to do the work is costly,, but not better. Tbese guys are pros.. My 92-year old basement walls were coming down, the cinderblock behind them hadn't been sealed since the original tar. Years of water seeping through clay was leaching the phosphates from the blocks, coating my walls with crumbling crud. These fellas were the best crew, explaining what they were doing, and getting the job done.
