The doctor tested everything and the assistant was very knowledgeable and accepting of my conditions and worries. They kept me at ease and were very patient with me. I have 2 teeth that are broken and the doctor, her assistant, and the receptionist were all extremely helpful and explained my options in a very detailed fashion. I'm able to get in within the month for 2 extractions. Female, 40's, Anxiety, Severe Pain, and Cost Concerns for Procedure.
From scheduling, (being able to get in the same day), to being heard. I did not want to go with the crown option and your team listened and laid out all of the options i had and allowed me to decide. To receiving treatment a pleasant experience- all around.
I’m incredibly thankful for Dr. Williams, her assistant Rachel, and the entire Smile Builderz team for getting me in on an emergency visit to remove two wisdom teeth. The pain had my head pounding, but they handled everything with such care, compassion, and constant smiles. No matter where I turned, someone was kind and reassuring. What could’ve been a miserable experience turned into something I’m genuinely grateful for. Thank you all for being absolutely amazing!
