What a great experience! Tom was very fast to respond to us with whatever questions we had regarding our roof repairs. He is very honest, reasonable and goes above and beyond to get the job done, and done well. We are very pleased with his work and how he cleaned up the property once finished. Tom Kaas did a wonderful job replacing the entire roof on my 120 yr old late Victorian home. He and his associate came early and worked long and hard every day until the job was done . No delays. Every scrap of the materials got picked up before they left. I thought the price was very reasonable—especially considering the issues they ran into with my old, challenging house.
